1. Return Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we generally do not accept returns to ensure the safety and freshness of our goods.
However, we will offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order arrived damaged during transit.
- There are missing items from your order.
Requests for returns, refunds, or replacements will only be considered if:
- You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- You provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items, including packaging and shipping label.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Items that have been opened or partially consumed.
- Items not in their original condition or packaging.
- Orders where issues were reported beyond 48 hours of delivery.
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless damaged during delivery).
3. Reporting an Issue
If you experience any issues, please:
- Email us at nostalgia.bites@outlook.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected products and packaging.
- Allow us 2–3 business days to review your case and respond with the next steps.
4. Refunds and Replacements
Upon validation of your case:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Replacements for incorrect or damaged items will be shipped at no additional cost to you.
Please note that processing times for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Shipping Costs
If a refund or replacement is approved due to our error (wrong or damaged items), we will cover the associated shipping costs. If the return is requested for reasons unrelated to product damage or delivery errors, shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please place a new order once your refund or replacement has been processed.
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement as we process orders quickly to maintain product freshness. After this period, the order will be prepared and shipped, and cancellations will not be possible.
